Living and Momming With Intention
For the woman navigating the tension between the success she’s built and the more she’s being called to, without sacrificing herself or family along the way.
I know because I’ve been there.
So let me say the quiet parts out loud that you’ve been holding in.
The things you once loved to do, no longer bring you joy, and no matter how much you get done, you always seem to have too much on your plate.
You’re grateful but unfulfilled and deep down something feels off.
You have the life you once prayed for but now that you’ve been carrying it for awhile, the weight of it all feels more like a burden than a blessing.
Beautiful home, the nice car, money, position of influence, the kids and the perfect partner.
But what people don’t see is:
That same beautiful home that they admire, has felt so cold and disconnected lately that it hasn’t felt like a home at all.
The same nice car that some people dream about, you spend more time rushing somewhere rather than enjoying the fruits of your labor.
Sure the money was once something you prayed for but you thought making more would feel different. Now you wear burnout as if that’s the badge for success.
You thought you were building a business so you could create time freedom and generational wealth, but you ended up building a cage you can’t escape.
Your babies are one of your greatest blessings, but between you constantly hustling and consistently striving towards your next goal, you’re physically present but emotionally absent.
And let’s not get started on your marriage. You all have learned how to function in dysfunction and what was once a brightly lit flame for one another, has dwindled to fumes as you coexist as roommates.
You’ve always been driven by passing down more than what was passed down to you, but somewhere along the way, success started costing you way more than you were willing to pay.
And now you’re being called to more.
You thought obedience would feel lighter than this.
And you can’t help but wonder, if you can’t hold the weight of what you’re carrying now, then how are you going to hold and sustain what God wants to put in your hands?
You’ve become successful enough to sustain misalignment, but not aligned enough to sustain your next level.
So you learned how to make autopilot look like obedience.
You started unintentionally calling the comfort of your routine discipline, the fear of disruption “being faithful”, your perfectionism “waiting on God”, and tolerating misalignment like struggle is a prerequisite for being blessed.
That’s not strategy, that’s the residue survival left.
You’ve already outgrown the boxes, beliefs, and systems that brought you here but you keep trying to force yourself into them because that’s all you know.
It’s time to get some more tools in your toolbelt (or gems in your tote bag as I like to say).
And to be honest, you don’t need another course, coach, or productivity hack to get them.
Quiet as it’s kept, you don’t even need another degree.
You just need to get back into alignment.

Also known as Mrs. Intentional.
Intentional bestie to some, realignment strategist to others and student of all things intentionality.
I learned the hard way that intentional living isn’t just a lifestyle, it’s a legacy strategy and prerequisite for carrying the weight of your next level.
Because the ripple effect of our decisions as moms, wives, leaders and women of impact and influence, isn’t just felt across some generations. It shapes the ones we can see, and the ones we’ll never meet.
So if you thought intentionality was about minimal living and perfection…stick around.
Because doing more is what got you here, but being more is what will take you where you’ve been called and created to be.
Mrs. Intentional isn’t about a brand for me.
It’s not some trendy brand name or cute social media handle that I just came up with.
It’s the calling I chose to answer and the lifestyle I made the decision to step into.
It represents the identities and capacities that we as women who carry the weight of industry disrupting assignments and generational impact, must grow into in order to sustain what we’re being called to build.
Intentionality looks like learning how to build a life where success doesn’t come at the expense of your peace, your priorities, or the people you love.
It’s choosing to step out of the residue of what you’ve survived and start stewarding what you’ve been called to.
Because building more means nothing if it costs you yourself in the process.
So when you see the title Mrs. Intentional, don’t just see me.
See the version of yourself that’s waiting on you to become the woman capable of holding the weight of more, without mishandling the weight of your family, assignment and yourself.
