Welcome to my cozy corner of the internet!
I’m Loresha. Your early childhood educator, certified intentional living coach, strategist and bestie.
Bringing you all the tea when it comes to real intentional living. Sharing my wins, lessons (the only L’s we take over here), resources and all the D.O.P.E. people I meet along the way.
So if you’re into good food, growth chats over wine, traveling, and listening to a heavy rotation of old school classics, gospel, and 90’s hip hop/RnB music, then this is the safe space for you. From faith to finances, mindset to marriage and parenting to purpose, the days of walking through life by yourself are over. It’s time to walk with someone who not only gets it but knows how to get through it.

Whatever allows me the opportunity to serve and enrich the lives of children and the people who stand in the gaps for them.
My belief is simple. All children are gifted. They just unwrap their gifts at different times. That’s why I’m passionate about enriching the lives of young children and teens by teaching and empowering them to cultivate a love of learning, expand their minds past their environments and walk in the unique purpose they are created for without carrying the weight of their parents’ baggage.
Being a mom while carrying the weight of your roles, responsibilities, healing, goals, and dreams can be overwhelming. But it doesn’t have to be. My decades of life experiences as a wife, mother, and entrepreneur are filled with hits and misses that have taught me how to eliminate my excuses and realign my intentions to match my core values. That’s why equipping overwhelmed moms with the tools and strategies to propel their lives, legacies, businesses, and bank accounts into overflow has become a life long passion project for me.
If you would’ve asked me 20 years ago if I would’ve seen myself as an inspiration, I would’ve thought you were trying to be funny. A 16-year-old pregnant girl with a black eye and dysfunctional home life hardly qualifies as an inspiration in my book. Yet, here we are. While on the way to growth, healing, and becoming, I’ve stumbled across some gems and learned a ton of game-changing strategies that I’m unable and unwilling to keep to myself. So I decided to unpack my bags (so my children wouldn’t have to carry my baggage), turn my L’s into lessons, and bring you along as I experience the ups and downs of livin and mommin with intention.
